THE INFLUENCE OF ATORVASTATIN ON THE CLINICAL COURSE OF ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE IN PATIENTS WITHOUT SURGICAL INTERVENTION ON CORONARY ARTERIES

35 out-patients suffering from IHD without surgical intervention on the coronary arteries were investigated. According to the lipid metabolism abnormalities the patients were divided into two groups: group 1 — 2А type of dislipidemia — 20 patients, group 2 — 2В type of dislipidemia — 15 patients. All patients had myocardial infarction in the anamnesis, in 20 patients from 35 coronarography was done, founding 2 or more large coronary arteries affected. On the moment of inclusion into the investigation all patients were obtaining atorvastatin in a dose of 10 mg before sleep during the whole observation period. The results showed the optimization of patients’ clinical condition that revealed in decreasing of stenocardia FC, and HF FC in two groups of patients.
