The adaptation mechanisms of prooxidant-antioxidant systems in the rat’s tissues with erosive-ulcer pathology in gastroduodenal zone were investigated. The deep depression of antiperoxidation system of the rats’ brain and liver in long term period after stoppage of pathogenic factors influence at the background of tissue-specific discrete changes of free radical processes and antioxidant enzymes indexes was detected.
