DISTRIBUTION OF THE THIOBARBITURATE IN MICE

The processes of distribution of 2-(β-dietyloamino)-etylmerkapto-5-isopropyl-3.4-dihydropirimidino-4-on-6-ol hydrochloride (14C-I) in mice was studied. The parameters of researched processes were determined with the usage of model-independent methods, as well as the kinetic schemes of 14C-I distribution in the system “blood — tissue”. The comparison of the quantitative parameters of 14С-I affinity and its metabolites to tissue was carried out. Availability and parameters of “fast” distribution processes in the system “blood — liver” are revealed.
