PECULIARITIES OF THE SHIFT OF STATUS OF THE PROTEINASE-INHIBITORY SYSTEM UNDER EXPERIMENTAL ALLERGIC ALVEOLITIS AND WAYS OF ITS CORRECTION

In the present work it was established that under the modeled allergic alveolitis, balance of the proteinase-inhibitory system in the blood of experimental animals becomes impaired. Activity of α1-inhibitor of proteinases and α2-macroglobulin is reduced and lysis of azoalbumin, azocasein, and azocollagen enhanced. After the administration of retabolile, activity of proteinase inhibitors enhanced and level of proteolytic enzymes in the blood of experimental animals increased as compared with the indices of untreated animals.
