MORPHOLOGICAL AND IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL FEATURES OF MATERNAL AND FETUS PARTS OF PLACENTA OF WOMEN SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC PYELONEPHRITIS AND HIGH LEVEL OF ANTIPHOSPHOLIPID ANTIBODIES

In placentas of women suffering from chronic pyelonephritis and high AFA titre the chronic placental insufficiency against the symptomatic blood circulation abnormality as extensive haemorrhages and thrombosis in the intervillous area, focal thrombosis of vessel villous of all calibers, growth of fibrinoid masses, heart attacks and calcifications are observed that lead to intrauterine hypoxia of the fetus.

Immunohistochemical researches revealed increase of expression and spread of mesenchymal factor Vimentin, which is probably connected with a hypoxic factor.
