THE PECULIARITIES OF CARDIOPROTECTIVE ACTIVITY OF INTERLEUKIN-1 RECEPTORS ANTAGONIST ON THE MODEL OF HEMIC HYPOXIA

The effect of interleukin-1 receptors antagonist (ILRA) in doses of 1, 5, 10 mg/kg on intensity of metabolic, dystrophic changes and functional activity of cardiac hystiocyte, state of lipid peroxidation intensity and antioxidant system of myocardium was studied on the model of hemic hypoxia in rats (sodium nitrite, 50 mg/kg subcutaneously, once) comparing to thiotriasolinum (50 mg/kg). Activation of antihypoxic system of myocardium protection with ILRA administration especially in doses of 5–10 mg/kg, was detected.
