PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF INHIBITORS OF GLUTATION-S-TRANSFERASE, BETA-LIASE, FLAVIN-CONTAINING MONOOXYGENASE AND ANTIOXIDANTS DURING CISPLATIN-INDUCED KIDNEYS DAMAGE IN RATS

The glutation conjugates methabolism enzymes inhibitors — ethacrynic and aminooxyacetic acids, methymazol; antioxidants — genistein, trimetazidine, dimethylthiourea; chelator of iron ions — despherrioxamine decrease nephrotoxicity of cisplatin in rats, when the activator of transamination and beta-liase — alpha-ketoglutaric acid increases toxic effects of cisplatin. Desferioxamine, dimethylthiourea and aminooxyacetic acid demonstrates the most nephroprotective effect.
