An experimental study of impact of highly-selective inhibitors of COX-2 on humoral and specific immunity was carried out on white non-linear mice. It was established that celecoxib and rofecoxib cause different-directed action on the majority of findings of humoral and specific immunity.
We determined that along with increase of selectivity of coxibs, character of their impact on specific and humoral immunity changes — increase of selectivity contributes to appearance of immune-modulting activity in the agents of a given NSAIDs group.
