THE PROBLEM OF INFECTION OF CHILDREN SIFFERING FROM BRONCHIAL ASTHMA WITH CAUSATIVE AGENTS OF MYCOPLASMOSIS AND CLAMIDIOSIS

On the initial stages of bronchial asthma (BA) development in children the role of infectious agents is great. Last years in BA development great attention was payed to the chlamidia and mycoplasma causative agents. We studied a question about the degree of infection in children sufferings from BA, by the exciters of Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and Chlamidia trachomatis. The blood serum antibody titer to these causative agents was determined by the immunoenzymetic method. The obtained results testify to the high degree of infection of children suffering from bronchial asthma with chlamidia and less degree by mycoplasmae. With a necessity in antibacterial therapy a new generation of macrolides is preferable.
