EXOGENOUS FACTORS IN DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN’S NEPHROPATHIES

The influence of exogenous factors on development of nephropathies in children is considered. The level of general phospholipids in blood and urine in the children with nephropathies is indicative for cellular membrane disorders and involvement of tubule-interstitial tissue in pathological process and for combined action of different factors on forming nephropathy. The examine of glycosaminoglycans in urine of children with nephropathies is indicative for increase of risk of connecting-tissue dysplasia under influence of ecological factors. It is revealed also the influence of the food factors on development of nephropathies in children. It is confirmed by clinic-experimental study.
