FUNCTIONAL CHANGES OF THE HEPATOBILIARY SYSTEM AT CHILDREN WITH ACUTE LEUKOSIS

We have studied features of defeat of the hepatobiliary system in 78 children with acute leukosis in the age from1to 16 years, that had in-patient treatment in the oncogematological department of theVinnitsaRegionalChildrenClinicalHospitalduring 1999–2008. It has been found that the defeat of the hepatobiliary system, which depends on gender, age, FAB-type of leukosis, is observed in children with acute leucosis in 56 (71,8 %) cases. Levels of ALT and AST are the most sensible markers of cytolysis at the defeat of the hepatobiliary system at children with AL. Activity of cytolisis markers is most expressed at the L2 FAB type of ALL and its T-linear form and is directly correlated with coexpression of mieloid antigens.
