INFLUENCE OF CROWDED TEETH ON THE HYGIENICAL STATE OFMOUTHCAVITY AND PARODONTIUM IN 8–15-YEAR-OLD CHILDREN

The article presents the estimation of the hygienical state of  the mouth cavity and parodontium in 410 children of 8–15 years old with crowding teeth. The disease of parodontium tissues was estimated according to the Shiller–Pisarev method, and also by parodontical RMA and stomatorrhagia indexes; hygienical state of the mouth cavity — by Silness–Loe и Stallard indexes. It was shown that unsatisfactory hygiene of the mouth cavity, the reason of which can be close position of frontal teeth, results in the increase of dental deposit in the perigingival area. Researches revealed the prevalence of catarrhal gingivitis among the diseases of the parodontium.
