In work it was studied efficiency of rehabilitative treatment of patients with arterial hypertension in combination with cronic obstructive pulmonary disease as a result of medical complexes, with use of Verapamilum and Sidnofarmum (medical complex 1), and also Verapamilum, Sidnofarmum and nebulizer of broncholitic therapy (medical complex 2).
It was demonstrated that complex therapy with the use of medical complex 2 promoted to more rapid and high clinical effect in relation to clinical indices in comparison with patients which got only medicinal hypotensive therapy (medical complex 1).
The use of nebulizer of broncholithic therapy in rehabilitative treatment resulted in diminishing of the system hypoxic phenomena, improvement of lipid exchange, oxidation-reduction processes, activation of factors of antioxidative defence, that evoked a positive clinical effect.
