RAT’S MEMORY CHANGE DYNAMICS AT HYPERLIPIDEMIA

Dislipidemia with the considerable rise of different fractions in blood is one of main patogenetic links of a lot of severe diseases with the next development of atherosclerosis, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, overweight and obesity.

The aim of research was studying memory and features of dynamics of its changes depending on the initial level of indexes of teaching and sexual differences at the terms of modelled hyperlipidemia of different extent.

The influence of non-ionic detergent Triton WR-1339 on studying memory in rats of both sexes was investigated. In modeling “average” (500 mg/kg) and “severe” (750 mg/kg) form of hyperlipidemia the detergent Triton WR-1339 dose-dependently decreases latent period (LP) of learning in the T-shape labirynth in rats of both sexes.
