The carried out research shows efficiency of the given method of therapy in patients suffering from pains in the low back and can be recommended as a therapeutic method providing analgesia, functional activity and working capacity. Neuronal block interrupts the stream impulses, breaks off the reflex mechanism neuronal activity and the central neuronal activity pattern. Local anesthetics interrupt the spasm caused by pain and impulses transfer. Hormones reduce inflammatory reaction, Inhibiting synthesis and/or clearing numerous proinflammatory mediators and strengthen local anesthetics effect. The obtained data allow to recommend the developed method of treatment at pains in lumbar department of the backbone of various genesis.
