INTERACTION OF ANTIOXIDANT STATUS WITH STATE OF OXALIC ACID METABOLISM IN PATIENT SUFFERING FROM UROLITHIASIS

The article deals with intercorrelation of antioxidant status and state of the oxalic acid metabolism in patients suffering from recurrent urolithiasis. Separate links of pathogenesis of recurrent oxalic urolithiasis and lipid peroxidation processes influencing on oxalic acid in healthy persons and recurrent urolithiasis patients are studied.

Change of the glioxalate-oxalate spectrum metabolism indices and activation of lipid peroxidation processes with exhaustion of the antioxidant system components depot which were revealed in recurrent oxalic urolithiasis patients testify to intercorrelation of violations in these systems.
