IMMUNOLOGICAL INDICES OF THE ORAL CAVITY AFTER MEDICAL AND PREVENTIVE TREATMENT AT PATIENTS WITH CANDIDIASIS OF MUCOUS TUNIC OF THE ORAL CAVITY

The research had the purpose to study the influence of medical and peventive antimycotic complexes on the natural protective mechanisms of the oral cavity in patients with candidiasis.

In 6 months the content of IgA in oral liquid increased almost 2 times and the content of IgG went down.

The immune protection mechanism of oral cavity was activated, which led to disability of Candida to adsorb on the surface of oral cavity mucous and bacterial toxins action neutralization. The complex treatment promoted the decline of Candida contamination of oral cavity mucous and diminishing of intensity of inflammatory process.
