THE RESEARCH OF ANTIHYPOXIC ACTIVITY OF RONKOLEUKIN IN EXPERIMENTAL ISCHEMIC STROKE

On the model of irreversible bilateral occlusion of carotid arteries in rats it was studied antihypoxic activity of cytocine medicine Ronkoleukin in the dose of 0.01 mg/kg in comparison with the classical cerebroprotective preparation pyracetam in the dose of 500 mg/kg. On the background of Ronkoleukin it was noted a significant increase in per cent of sirvived animals, decrease of intensity of cerebral swelling in rats after cerebral ischemia, stabilization of indices in searching and studying activities of experimental animals. On antihypoxic activity on the model of experimental ischemic stroke Ronkoleukin overcomes pyracetam.
