ROLE OF INTERLUKIN 10, C-REACTIVE PROTEIN, AUTOIMMUNITY TO HEAT SHOCK PROTEIN 60 IN PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION

27 patients suffering from acute myocardial infaction (AMI) and 10 healthy persons were examined to determine the interrelation of autoimmune, inflammatory and anti-inflammatory reactivity in patients suffering from AMI. It was examined tha levels and comparison of levels of interleukin-10, C-reactive protein and autoantibodies to heat shock protein 60. The ratio of these indices was analyzed. It was concluded that the patients with acute myocardial infarction are characterized by predominance of the inflammatory component over the immune and inflammatory over anti-inflammatory.
