THE DEVELOPMENT OF DYSBIOSIS AND INFLAMMATION IN THE INTESTINAL MUCOSA OF RATS AFFER EXPERIMENTAL DIABETES MELLITUS

With the simulation in the rats of diabetes mellitus type I (by alloxane introduction) or diabetes mellitus type II (by protamine introduction) in small and large intestine it is observed the development of dysbiosis, determined by the enzymatic Levitsky’s method, and also an increase of the level of the inflammation markers (content of malonic dialdehyde and elastase activity).
