THE INFLUENCE OF THIOTRIASOLINE ON PARAMETERS OF THE FREE RADICAL PEROXIDATION OF LIPIDS AND THE ACTIVITY OF ANTIOXIDANT ENZYMES IN CHRONIC INCOME OF PROOXIDATION ACTION PESTICIDES

Chronic intoxication was reproduced on white rats by the way of pesticides 2,4-DA and N,N-diethylditiocarbomate Na administration during 30 and 50 days. The correction of metabolic disorders with thiotriasoline revealed that preparation inhibits intensity of free radical peroxidation of lipids and raises the activity of antioxidant enzymes. The presented data indicate a necessity of usage of antioxidant action drugs for prevention of metabolic disorders in chronic intoxication of pesticides of different chemical groups.
