The work confirmed that the number of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with microalbuminuria disorder is significantly higher (p<0.05) than the number of patients with high levels of urine general protein. NAT2 heterozygous, NAT2 homozygous, del GSTM1, del GSTT1 genotypes and the presence of allele NAT2*2*5 are associated with the renal excretory function disorder under the influence of toxic anti-TB drugs. In patients with GSTT1 gene deletion 100% incidence of renal excretory function disorders is at the prehospital stage.
