ВАЖЛИВІСТЬ СТВОРЕННЯ БЕЗПЕЧНОГО ЛІКАРНЯНОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА У ПРОФІЛАКТИЦІ ІНФЕКЦІЙНИХ ХВОРОБ, ПОВ’ЯЗАНИХ З НАДАННЯМ МЕДИЧНОЇ ДОПОМОГИ

Метою даної роботи було вивчення санітарно-гігієнічних умов лікарняного середовища лікувально-профілактичних закладів Вінницької області за результатами моніторингового дослідження. У роботі проаналізовано форми медичної документації №18 МОЗ України ДУ «Вінницький обласний лабораторний центр МОЗ України» за період 2017-2021 рр.

За результатами досліджень ЛПЗ Вінницької області найбільший показник невідповідності щодо штучного освітлення робочих місць виявлено у 2017 р. (11,80%), а найменший – у 2021 р. (5,30%). За результатами аналізу форм №18 МОЗ України за період 2017-2021 рр. найвищі показники забруднення медичного інструментарію у ЛПЗ Вінницької області виявлено в хірургічних відділеннях у 2018 р. (2,02%), у відділеннях реанімації та інтенсивної терапії у 2020 р. (1,71%) та у пологових відділеннях у 2019 р. (1,21%).

На нашу думку, основними стратегічними цілями профілактики інфекційних хвороб, пов’язаних з наданням медичної допомоги слід вважати: укріплення системи інфекційного контролю, розробка заходів профілактики та ліквідації спалахів у відділеннях з високим ризиком передачі.
