Complication supravalvular aortic stenosis with infectious endocarditis in the zone of narrowing with destructive inflammatory changes in the ascending aorta with vegetation spread to the aortic arch lumen essentially changes the failure radical correction. Aortoplasty by Brom method, prosthetics of the ascending aorta by a vascular prosthesis, removal of vegetations from the aortic arch lumen appeared to be the optimum method of surgical treatment in this case.
