In 70 patients with diseases of gastroduodenal zone associated with Н. pylori, using of probiotic bifilact extra had significant positive effect on restoration of the large intestine microbiosis. It also increased effectiveness of eradication by 10%. Introduction of bifilact extra as adjuvant aid in eradication treatment scheme improved the treatment tolerance by decrease a number of antibiotic-associated adverse effects.
