The purpose of our work was to conduct a retrospective analysis of the data on monitoring the indicators of the internal hospital environment of health care facilities (HCF). Methods used: bibliosemantic, content analysis and analysis of the form No.18 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine “Report on the work on monitoring environmental factors affecting the health of the population” of the Vinnytsia Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for the period 2017-2021.
According to the results of the study form No.18 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of the Vinnytsia the highest rate of non-compliance of workplaces in the Vinnytsia Oblast’s HCFs with artificial lighting of workplaces was 11.80% in 2017, and the lowest in 2021 – 5.30%. During the study period, in all the HCFs of Vinnytsia Oblast, the inconsistency of microclimate parameters with hygienic requirements fluctuated at 9.5% in 2019, and was characterized by a decrease to 4.40-4.20% (2020-2021).
According to the results of the monitoring of materials and instruments for sterility in intensive care units, surgical and maternity wards, the highest contamination rate was found in 2018 (2.02%) in surgical wards, in 2019 (1.21%) in maternity wards, in 2020 (1.71%) in intensive care units of Vinnytsia Oblast HCFs.
