REVERSIBILITY OF 100 % PULMONARY HYPERTENSION AFTER REPAIR OF THE AORTO-PULMONARY WINDOW

One of infrequent congenital heart diseases is an aorto-pulmonary window which in infant age results in a congestive heart failure, relapsing pneumonias, early sclerotic changes in lungs. In the Odessa Cardiac surgery center there was operated a patient B. in the age of 10 years 9 months with a large aorto-pulmonary window and 100 % pulmonary hypertension. He had a radical repair with good short-term (release of pressure in pulmonary artery up to 40 % from systemic) and follow-up (normalization of pressure in a system of pulmonary artery according to the ECHO data).
