Through clinical and added methods of research (the ECG, FCG) availability, cheapness, safety, expediency of OFR use in complex treatment of neirovegetative manifestations of a pathological climacteric are proved. In a researched group of the women during treatment positive dynamics of such indices as infringement of dream in 92 %, fatigability — 96.2 %, weeping — 55.5 %, having flown — 96.7 %, giddiness — 85.7 %, headache — 71.4 %, xeroderma — 27.3 % is marked.
