MYOCARDIAL PROTECTION BY THE INTERMITTENT COOL BLOOD CARDIOPLEGIA DURING SURGICAL REPAIR OF ACQUIRED HEART DEFECTS

In the work an experience of performing of the intermittent cool blood cardioplegia during surgical repair of acquired heart defects has been analyzed. On the basis of investigations of the dynamic growth of cardiospecific enzymes levels (myocardial fraction of creatin-phosphokinase), analysis of ECG changes and complications of the early postoperative period, the high efficiency of cardioprotective effect of this method is confirmed.
