The article deals with analysis of treatment methods and results of femoral neck fractures in 223 aged patients. Indications to different surgery technique such as nailing, single-pole and total hip replacement including cemented replacement depending on the age, general patient’s status and osteoporosis degree have been determined. The features of rehabilitation after surgical interventions are described.
