The analysis of 50 cases of pregnancy, labour, postlabour and neonatal periods in women with cytomegalovirus infection, who obtained specific pregravid preparation is carried out. Received results prove high effectiveness of our methods, which enable to reduce considerably obstetrical and perinatal complications frequency in this group of patients.
