To study the possibility of the early and objective diagnostic of kidneys injury after the first grade blunt trauma as well as after the shock-wave effect on the parenchyma we investigated the activity of neutral a-glycosidase and N-acetyl-b-D-hexosaminidases in blood serum and urine in the patients with closed kidneys injury, occurred either in everyday life or after the extracorporal shock-wave nephrolithotripsy.
As a result of the investigations it has been proved that the determination of marker enzymes activity of nephron and kidney interstitial tissue structural elements in urine reflects the dynamics of pathological processes after the extracorporal shock-wave nephrolithotripsy and closed kidneys injury in everyday life.
