As results of conducted researches have shown women with pregnancy after extracorporal fertilization, represent a risk group on miscarriage pregnancy. The factors contributing to development of this complication are the burdened somatic and gynecologic anamnesis, the expressed hormonal insufficiency turning into placentary insufficiency at pregnancy as well as urogenital infection. The received results testify to necessity of elaboration of a complex of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic measures with the purpose to decrease the frequency of reproductive losses in women of this group of a high risk.
