For confirmation of activity of the infectious process revealed by a serological method, definition of DNK of virus genome by a method of DNK-sounding or polymerase diagnostics is necessary. At detection of the active form of herpes and cytomegalovirus infections alongside with antivirus and immunocorrection therapy, correction of fetoplacental insufficiency is necessary.
