In 50 white rats metabolic acidosis and metabolic alkalosis had been simulated in experiment. At the same time natrium fluoratum and “Namacit” had been added into animals’ food. Indices of the rats blood acid-alkaline state (pH and pCO2) were determined, caries reduction (%) was accounted. It was found, that natrium fluoratum had antialkalosical action, and the preparation “Namacit” normalized the blood indices both by acidosis and alkalosis, and its caries prophylactic effect is about 1,4 times as much than natrium fluoratum has.
