Standard therapeutic schemes effectiveness with taking into account circadian changes of antioxidant and prooxidant systems, proteolytic processes was evaluated in patients suffering from osteoarthrosis. We estimated that effectiveness of administrated treatment is appropriate at day-time and fails at night. Perhaps patients with osteoarthrosis need additional correction of principal pathogenetic points of their disease at night.
