It is investigated specific activity of preparation al-gastrin made in Joint-stock company “FARMAK”.
On a background of mucous coat of stomach acute infringements by diclofenac-sodium an intragastrical administration of al-gastrin (100 mg/kg) to white rats promotes essential reduction of destructive-necrotic damages in one day from the beginning of treatment, and for the third day there is practically a complete adhesion: due to cytoprotective action of the drug reparative processes are strengthened that accelerates mucosa adhesion.
