The analysis and review of the literary data concerning experimental and clinical trials about chronotherapy in clinical oncology are presented in the issue. The benefits of chronocorrection in chemotherapy, radiotherapy are shown. The possibility of chronotherapy in oncogynecology in case of chemoradiotherapy of advanced forms of cervical cancer is given.
