In the article modern representations about biological activity of germaniumorganic compounds are generalized, on the basis of the literature data their pharmacological properties are considered, namely: analgetic, hepatoprotective, hypotensive, antiviral, antimalaria, antiradiating, antioxidant, antiinflammatory. Results of the research of germanium organic compounds neurotropic activity are given.
