One of aspects influencing gastrointestinal functional derangements occurrence (in particular — chronic gastritis) are various vegetative disorders. The function of a stomach, its motility, blood supply and secretion are closely connected with the activity of higher nervous processes and therefore with affective status. The purpose of the present message was the definition of vegetative status feature of the patients with chronic gastritis with various derangements of stomach secretory function against a background of astenovegetative syndrome.
