Intensive destructive processes of the brain substance, developing during ischemic stroke are accompanied by violation of the permeability of the hemato-encephalic barrier. Study of immune status features, as well as the impact of drugs on the dynamics of immunopathological reactions in patients at the acute period of ischemic stroke will take us closer to understanding the pathogenesis of acute cerebral ischemia and justify needs for using drugs with immunocorrective action in this category of patients.
