The results of middle mass molecules concentration studying in blood plasma and vaginal washing liquid in reproductive age women with the endometrial hyperplasias are presented in the article. On the grounds of carried out correlation between the general and local middle molecules content, received data and comparison with other indices of nitrous metabolism the authors have made a conclusion about uterine origin of the increased middle mass molecules concentration in women with the endometrial hyperplasias.
