In the article the results of clinical, psychological, instrumental (computer electroencephalography) investigation of the role of kindling in the effects of different substances (nicotine, alcohol, opiates) are given. Healthy men and men with drug abuse and drug dependence are surveyed. It is established that kindling plays the key role in the drug dependence formation.
