The digital copies of image data of histochemical specimens of 28 rat placentas at experimental hypochromic anemia of pregnancy were studied at color models HSB and GRB. Bonhag’s reaction for proteins and Mickel — Kalvo’s reaction for proteins were used for erythrocytes, trophoblast, deciduocytes. The conclusion about high performance of computer-densitometrical and spectral parameters of protein for diagnostic of the placental pathology was made. The spectral analysis of protein is most informative test for estimation of state of rat placenta trophoblast.
