140 children with perinatal injury of CNS aging 1 month and in dynamics of 1 and 2 years were investigated as regards values of thyroiditis hormone and monoamines contents in their blood. It was found that in children who suffered from ante- and intranatal hypoxia formation of relations between thyroiditis hormone system and nervous system depends on severity of CNS perinatal affection course.
