Vegetative-emotional complains, reactive and personal anxiety according to Spilberg — Hanin, self-esteem, activity, mood according to SAN method were studied in 190 women. The examination was performed once before the pregnancy and was repeated several times during the pregnancy. Pecularieties of the above-listed indices in women with pegnancy complicated by preeclampsia are shown. Dependance on some of them upon the severity of preeclampsia was described. The role of psycho-emotional pecularities in women was proved as a component of preeclampsia pathogenesis. A conclusion of disadaptation of the psycho-emotional reactions at the first trimester was made, which stipulates the need of increased psychologic support for women at that period.
