Adverse reaction of antituberculosis therapy was studied in 363 patients with lung tuberculosis. Associated application of insulin and antioxidant (vitamin E) in antituberculosis treatment promoted the prevention of complication development as a result of antituberculosis drugs application and provided the efficacy of tuberculosis treatment.
