In experiments on white rats the comparative researches of antioxidant effectivity of the author preparations, which had the different contents of isoflavones in various medicinal forms (tablets, substance, balm) were conducted. The IFSO substance, which maintains 10 mg/g of isoflavones in the aglican form, most effectivly reduces the lipids peroxidation and raises the antioxidant enzyme activity. All indices of the IFSO antiradical activity considerably exceed the commercial preparation quercitine in granules. In connection with it the question about diverse bioaccessibility of these preparations with isoflavone content is discussed.
