This study presents the clinical evaluation of pharmacological correction of metabolic changes of central nervous system in children with consequences of perinatal encephalopathy by mildronat using. The investigations proved that the main direction in cerebral hypoxia and ishaemia correction is metabolic support. The received data confirmed that mildronat using lead to improvement of cerebral neurometabolic and haemodynamic processes.
