The influence of ionizing radiation with the total dose 0,75 and 1,0 Gy on liver parenchyma of male and female rats of the line Vistar was investigated. It was established that long γ-irradiation of the rats with small doses results in depression of mitotic activity of hepatocytes, dystrophic changes of the liver parenchyma, which are expressed in male more than in female.
